		Welcome to the Bentley-Wheeler! We look forward to serving you and your guests, and making your event special and memorable! The following rates and guidelines have been established for a wedding/reception/event. Our maximum number of guests is 100 for the BALLROOM/MAIN HOUSE, and 50 persons for the GUEST HOUSE; no exceptions, please. Wedding/Event Policies Whole House Rental Rate is $1,000.00 (maximum capacity of 100 persons), or you can rent the Ballroom for $500.00 (maximum capacity is 75 persons), or just the main floor for $500.00 (maximum capacity of 75). Guest House Rental Rate is $400.00 (maximum capacity of 50). What is included in your event fee •Rental of the BALLROOM/MAIN HOUSE would give you access to Ballroom, 3 bathrooms, dining room, library, front parlor, foyer, living room, and kitchen) for 5 hours. The Balloom rental gives you access to the Ballroom, along with the bathroom (2,500 square feet of space). The main floor rental creates space through the foyer, living room, dining room, front parlor, library, den and kitchen, with the use of one bathroom. •Rental of the GUEST HOUSE accommodates your guests with a full kitchen, large dining room, and living room (use of 2 bathrooms). •The event fee includes set-up time the NIGHT before the event for preparation, gen- eral cleaning and trash removal. The following rates and services are also available •Table Rentals (both long and round at $15.00 per table) •Medium sized hors d'ouevres plates (white/blue/clear) (.35/plate) •Small dessert dishes (cream-design -.35/plate) •Large dinner plates (cream-design - .45/plate) •Multi-colored linen napkins (rolled) (.42/napkin) •Glass wine classes ($20.00 dish charge) •Round tables ($15.00 per table ) •White chairs ($3.00 per chair ) •White Round table linens ($7.00/ linen charge) •Rectangular tables ($15.00/table) •Rectangluar table linens ($7.00/ linen charge) •Mixed drink glasses ($20.00 dish charge) •Beverage coolers (2 large free standing/electrical) ($25.00 per cooler = $50.00) •Beverage coolers (ice cooled, $7.00 per cooler) •Bartenders ($10.00 per hour) •Chafing (warming) pans ($15.00/pan) •Forks ($20.00 dish charge) Catering While you may select any caterer for your event, the Bentley-Wheeler has a list of preferred caterers.
